BOUNDARY & IDENTITY WORK FOR WOMEN WHO ARE DONE DISAPPEARING

You've spent years making everyone else comfortable.
That ends here.

You say yes when you mean no. You apologize for things that aren't your fault. You make yourself smaller so the people around you stay comfortable. You've been doing it so long you're not even sure who you are anymore.

I'm a therapist who works with women on exactly this. I'm also a man and sometimes it takes one to help you see clearly what you've been doing, and why, and how to stop.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You feel responsible for how everyone around you feels

  • Saying no fills you with dread, guilt, or fear

  • You've lost track of what you actually want

  • You're exhausted, but you keep giving anyway

  • You're angry but you're not sure you're allowed to be

  • You've tried to change before, but old patterns keep winning

This isn't a character flaw. It's a pattern. One that made sense once, and one that can change.

My job isn’t to be easy on you. It’s to be honest with you which is probably something you haven’t had enough of.

How I work

I use a direct, practical approach grounded in CBT. That means we don't spend years circling your past. We identify the patterns, understand where they came from, and build the specific skills to change them.

Sessions are focused. I'll challenge you when I need to, and I won't pretend things are fine when they're not. Women who work with me often say the directness is exactly what they needed. Someone who sees clearly what's happening and says so.

I offer individual therapy, small group programs, and intensive sessions for women who want to move faster.
